Overview

Bacillus amyloliquefaciens for lipopeptide-based biological suppression across foliar and root-zone diseases

Elixora™ is a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens wettable powder for preventive suppression of foliar and root-zone pathogens. It is suited to integrated biological disease programs that rely on lipopeptide-producing Bacillus strains.

Lipopeptide Production

Lipopeptide-producing Bacillus for broad biological disease suppression.

Broad Disease Spectrum

Colonizes roots and aerial surfaces and competes with pathogens. Produces surfactin, iturin, fengycin-type antagonistic metabolites.

Preventive Programs

Useful in rotation or preventive biological crop programs.

Benefits

Key benefits

Lipopeptide Biocontrol

Produces antagonistic lipopeptides that disrupt fungal membranes and suppress bacterial pathogens.

Rapid Surface Colonization

Establishes quickly on foliar surfaces and in the root zone to occupy niches before pathogens.

Residue Conscious

No residue concerns — suitable for IPM, organic-aligned, and export programs.

Technical Support

Backed by compatibility data, SDS, and biological rotation guidelines.

Mode of action

How it works

Bacillus amyloliquefaciens suppresses foliar and root-zone pathogens through lipopeptide metabolites and biofilm.

Where it fits

Use sites, compatibility & storage

Use Sites

  • Open-field vegetable and fruit production
  • Protected greenhouse and net-house crops
  • Nursery transplant programs
  • Drip-irrigated and furrow-irrigated fields
  • Plantation and orchard disease management

Compatibility

  • Avoid mixing with fungicides, bactericides, strong oxidizers, alkaline materials, or concentrated salts
